I want to send a small gift basket of some sort. He's in his late 50s, and lives with my sister who is 17. (My mom died 8 yrs ago) Anyway, any websites you recommend for gift baskets? I dont think he wants flowers.....

A gift card to a restaurant or somewhere that delivers!! Maybe send him a couple of DVDs and popcorn/hot cocoa?? That's what I would want if I had just had surgery and couldn't go get food myself. I guess it depends what type of surgery he had...
Reply:A cheese and meat basket...the kind you can put on crackers is a good gift for a man. The kind with several cheeses and a couple meats.
