F, a small time florist, contracts to supply G a wholesaler with 100 bouquets daily.
consider and advise F as to its right.
Contract between F and G states that G has to sell the flower not lower than RM30/bouquets and G also stipulate the same terms in their transactions with other clients it supplies to. H buys 20 bouquets from G which was supplied by F, under terms stated above and sold them at discounted rate RM20/bouquet during their annual sale.

Contract Law on Agreement?
If other's do your homework for you... how ya gonna learn... and if ya don't get one as basic as this... ya might want to think about getting out of law.
Edit: An essential element of a breach of contract case is "damages"... what are they... can they be liquidated... If no damages then ya gotta look toward equity... i.e. maintaining the contract... check the UCC for specfic remedies, if any.
