Ladies, are you ready for your new assignment?

Okay, here is the deal...too many women now are wearing either immodest clothes or men's clothing and it is really a sad state of affairs. I want you all to wear something very feminine and very modest tommorow. Perhaps something like a winter dress, a hat, appropriate shoes, and a cardigan sweater. Also, put a ribbon or a flower in your hair. Will you all do this for me? Thanks in advance.
