I just found out that I'm allergic to the outdoors....?

camping is my favourite thing in the whole world. I had an allergy diagnostic test this past week and the results stated that I am allergic to every type of tree, grass, flower... I'm pretty much allergic to nature. When exposed to these things I get extremely painful eczema (no breathing problems). Its not too bad if I can show twice a day and get it all off my skin. I have a HUGE camping trip planned for this summer. What should I do?

Did the doctor who tested you give you some prescriptions to try? If not, ask for some. There are lots of new prescription and non-prescription allergy pills and eyedrops, nosesprays, creams, lotions--you name it! You shouldn't have to suffer. If you don't like the first one you try, ask for another. You'll find one that works well for you.
Reply:Find out if you can get non sedating antihistamines, such as Claritin. Lots of people are allergic to all kinds of pollen, but the allergies can be controlled.
