Is he interested or what i am in a total state of confusion and am at my wits end?

this guy keeps coming onto me so i gave him flowers and a card he was thrilled .told me he was lonely..then i gave hime a book on a subject we discussed and added a cute little poem i put my e-mail address inside and well no response ..is he shy? not interested or what ..need help for the next step what should i do? need lots of answers

Reply:Wait another day or two and if no response, call him if you have his number and act like you never gave him your email address and the card and flowers. say" hey whats up? are you busy tonight / today" if he says no then say do u want to hang out ?" if he says no then you know hes really not interested in you and that hes just a really big flirt. If he says yes then take take it from there ask him if he had a place in mind or if you do then invite him. I hes says yes to being busy then say can i call you later or tommorow and ask for a time you will know from there if he doesnt answer the phone if he gave you a time. IF YOU DONT HAVE HIS PHONE NUMBER , THEN WAIT TILL YOU SEE HIM AGIAN AND DO THE SAME THING . I HOPE IVE HELPED!
