Reply:lol Just turn off the computer and go to sleep. You'll regret it if you don't get enough sleep before school tomorrow. What usually helps me fall asleep is closing my eyes and thinking about what dream I'd like to have.

Reply:either call your dr and get sleeping pills or buy melatonin which is a natural sleep aid. actually your body makes it. like serotonin makes you happy melatonin make you sleep. maybe your not making enough. lol or self control, turn off your computer lol..
