i have a tropical pin up on my fore arm she is coming out of a hibiscus, i want to do the other side of my forearm with things that represent south florida, like the states flower the orange blossom and some dolphins, so im basically trying to keep it south florida/ tropical theme'd, how could i incorporate this into a solid piece, how's the idea sound?



just looking for some opionion but reguardless this will become i tattoo most likely i just need some inspiration lol

I agree with the turtle and orange blossom. That would look awesome. And your pin up girl looks awesome. Great work done. I'm a woman and considering a pin up girl on my thigh. Pin up girl tattoos are truly a classic work of art and any woman who looks down on these, you definitely don't need in your life! Its your body and good for you for choosing to do what you want with it and not listening to others on the whole "not getting a woman" thing. Tattoos are awesome!

Hmm i Live in south florida and I think that is a stupid idea. Ive seen some cool scenic tattoos from south florida. This guy has a scene of flagler beach on his back. It showed the road, the road sign, beach signs, buildings, the beach. Looked like a photograph. Really nice, and a lot manlier that a dolphin.

It be cool if you did something like that with a street you live by. You could take the picture yourself. thatd be really original

And to the person who said it would affect getting a girl in the future. if the girl truly loves you it won't matter if you have a smiley face on your buttcheek, she'll love you for you.



I can't really picture the second one. But try to go to a tattoo artist and draw it out with them. It will end up being something you really love.
Reply:i love the first, a lot. i've always liked when people got the outline of their state. that's just an idea to put out there, you could surround it with the orange blossoms around it. i'm sure if you bring it to the same artist, you could get the same style, and they'll come up with something good..

Reply:go with the tropical theme. tattoos are hot and anyone that judges you for them are just stupid. they represent you and only you. maybe a solid piece would look really good. alot of employeers will not like it though. most will make you cover it up unless you like wearing long sleeves everyday? ha ha.
Reply:dont get a dolphin, it too over done. I'd say get a turtle with the orange blossom. but before you get any more I'd say think how its going to affect your future. A lot of employers are picky and dont like tattoos, its sad but true
Reply:I really like the tropical theme. I don't know about you, but many of my most fond memories take place at the beach, so it would remind me of all those good times.

Reply:I'm not really feeling the dolphins, but love the orange blossom idea. Maybe orange blossoms on a backdrop of palm leaves? But if you love the dolphins go for it-just my opinion :)

EXCEPT tattoos of women. especially slutty looking/half-naked women. I'm a big fan of tattoos, but this is the only kind of tattoo that I think is just completely trashy and a huge turn-off. If I were to date/marry a man, I would be infuriated if he had the picture of another woman (real or not!) on his arm, and I'm not the type to get pissed off at things like that.



but, it's your perogative. if you want to be lonely for the rest of your life or get a low-class girl, it's all good.
