Any dreams you remember, do you dream a lot?

We imagine that waking-life is real and that dream-life is unreal, but there does not seem to be any evidence for this belief. Chuang Tzu, in the third century B.C., put it in an amusing way; having dreamed that he was a butterfly flitting from flower to flower, he stated that he was now wondering whether he was then a man dreaming he was a butterfly or whether he was now a butterfly dreaming he was a man. - Wei Wu Wei "Fingers Pointing Toward the Moon"

Any dreams you remember, do you dream a lot?
Dreams have a great place in my life. I have written down more then 1000 of my own dreams, and because I used to write for a magazine I have collected about a few hundred teenagers dreams.

We sleep one-third of our lives, and 20% of our sleep we dream. That means that one on every 13 years we have spend dreaming.

If you live with your dreams, and you learn to remember them, then this time is added to your normal life. Because in that time you have all kinds of adventures that you would have missed otherwise.

When I focus on it, I am a pretty easy lucid dreamer. Which means that I can dream with a full consciousness and awareness.

This reality thing you are talking about is a question that comes to the mind of almost every lucid dreamer. This because the lucid dream can feel so real, it is it's own reality. You feel it, live it, your (dream-) senses are fully awake in the dream. The dreamreality can feel even more intens then the daily reality. Interesting, isn't it?

Anyway, besides that, dreams give you so much information about your daily life... Psychologically and therapeutically they have a huge value for us!

I don't always agree with Sigmund Freud, but in his statement that dreams are the royal way to our unconsciousness I can only agree with him.
